I'm a metal detecting nut. If I'm not out there with my Minelab Equinox 800, I'm watching Green Mountain Metal Detecting, or Terra Germania, or Stealth Diggers, or Finding America. Or I'm youtubing (yes, spell check, that's a verb) how to get better at the hobby. Of all the detectorists, Hans from Terra Germania is my favorite. His finds are astonishing, his knowledge and personality are wonderful, and his videography near perfect (how does he do that?!). And before he gets started, he always asks his viewers to "wish me luck."
Here I am, about to send my manuscript up to Harriette Sackler at Level Best Books so the production of No Comfort for the Undertaker can begin. I'll need to do some serious metal detecting in order to calm my nerves. And like Hans, I'll ask my viewers, family and friends the same thing. Wish me luck!
